Guest Service Representative - Call Center

  • Handle all incoming calls into the centralized company phone number
  • Maintain client file database
  • Create new bookings with strong keyboarding skills
  • Confirm guests with upcoming appointments
  • Document all booking modifications
  • Complete project work, as assigned, by reservation center management
  • Maintain agent and team standards. Accountable for personal goal numbers.
  • Under general supervision, understand and comply with Reservation Center policies & procedures.
  • Use your knowledge to promote our innovative products and services
  • Drive results and achieve goals in gift sales, promotional campaigns, events and so much more!
