We are looking for our next Licensed Nail Technician to join our team. This individual will help create, cultivate, and promote a high-quality salon & spa environment for our guests. They will provide the Tricoci’s standard of services.

Here are some highlights of what actions you will be doing in this role:

• Responsible for performing high quality nail services including manicure, pedicures, and nail enhancements, accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide consistent communication with our guests to identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment.
• Follows all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensuring board compliance.
• Regularly attend and participate in educational trainings to improve and strengthen technical expertise and develop new skills, this includes staff meetings, training sessions, sales promotions, external events, and beauty shows.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of guest services throughout the Salon and Spa.

• Cultivates new guest relationships and ensures retention of new and existing guests through high standards of service, courteous and attentiveness.
• Achieving personal and salon service goals by informing and educating guests on new, innovative products, other services, and programs to build a strong guest base.

• Maintains safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.

• Proactively develops new clientele through delivering exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, and promotion.

Here are some of the skills and background that we are looking for in this individual:

• Valid and current Illinois license is required.

• One to Three years’ experience a plus.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of all nail services and related application procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Required education: High school or equivalent.
• Able to stand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week of varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
