We are looking for a Guest Service Manager (GSM) that wants to make an impact!
This is a key role for the Salon & Spa as the first and last guest impression through 100% guest satisfaction by assisting guests with their requests, offering guests additional service opportunities, establishing a rapport, assist with understanding our products, specials, and company reward programs, and ensuring the guest experience is seamless at every touchpoint.

Here are some highlights of what actions you will be doing in this role:
- Responsible for providing a high standard of guest service.
- Demonstrates a demeanor that is friendly, energetic, and cheerful in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and schedule the teams to meet the needs of the Salon & Spa.
- Utilize effective selling skills and in-depth knowledge of spa/salon offerings to promote add-on services, gift certificate sales, and retail sales.
- Achieving service and sales goals by sharing your knowledge about services, promotions and products offered at the Salon & Spas.
- Ensure that incoming calls use the standard greeting in a timely manner and book appointments based on specific service time requirements.
- Support technicians by managing schedules and breaks, handling backlog and accommodating guests.
- Consistent focus on maintaining updated guest files.
- Keep the work area clean and always organized and comply with all Company policies.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
- Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of guest services throughout the Salon and Spa.
- Perform various administrative functions and tasks as assigned by the Management.

- Experience with reception desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Approachable, pleasant and spends the extra effort to put others at ease.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortably handle escalated guest situations with composure and compassion.
- Effective organizational skills, able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
- Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
The following is required for this position:
- Standing or walking in the Salon & Spa for prolonged periods of time.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Regularly reach, bend, squat, and other physical movements.
- Regularly exposed to scents, odors, or fumes from various treatments.
