Facilities Attendant
Position Summary
As the Facilities Attendant you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the salon and spa. This role ensures that all areas—from floors to ceilings—are spotless, well-stocked, and inviting for both clients and team members. The Facilities Attendant supports daily operations by maintaining the general upkeep of equipment and supplies, restocking refreshment and service areas, managing laundry, and receiving deliveries. As an active member of the Tricoci team, the Facilities Attendant promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional client service across all areas of the salon and spa.
Essential Functions
Responsible for providing a high standard of maintenance of every area of the salon and spa, from sparkling clean floors to ceiling.
Maintain the general upkeep of the items throughout the salon and spa.
Restock items as needed throughout the salon and spa.
Restock the refreshment station as needed.
Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining Salon and Spa Laundry.
Receive shipments and goods for the salon and spa.
Keep the entrances and exits free from debris and snow.
Maintain refreshment stations and more.
Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of customer services throughout the Salon and Spa.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
