The Ecommerce Operations Manager owns day to day ecommerce and marketplace operations across the Tricoci CPG portfolio which includes Tricoci Haircare, Tricoci Skincare, and Nutrire, with a primary focus on retailer.com and marketplace execution. The Ecommerce Operations Manager ensures listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and technical execution are accurate, optimized, and conversion focused across Retailer.com wholesale, Retailer.com Marketplace, Amazon, Tricoci and Nutrire DTC.
This is a highly operational role responsible for running the digital shelf, managing agency and platform partners, and ensuring all PDPs, brand stores, and commercial calendars are executed with precision. The role partners closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to drive revenue, maintain brand standards, and support retail expansion.
Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:
Own day-to-day retailer.com execution including PDP accuracy, imagery, copy, attributes, pricing, inventory visibility, promotions, and launch readiness
Ensure all listings meet retailer requirements and brand standards across PDP content, taxonomy, SEO attributes, and merchandising hierarchy
Manage promotional setup and commercial calendar execution
Monitor digital shelf health including search ranking, ratings and reviews, and content compliance
Partner cross-functionally to align inventory flow and launch timing
Marketplace Operations
Manage Amazon Seller Central operations including FBA inventory management, Brand Registry, A+ content, catalog health, and case management
Oversee marketplace platform setup, feeds, item setup, pricing, and inventory coordination
Monitor buy box ownership, unauthorized sellers, search ranking, ratings and reviews, and content accuracy
Optimize listings for discoverability, conversion, and brand integrity
Manage the external agency supporting marketplace execution and performance
DTC Operations
Own day to day operations for Nutrire.com including site merchandising, PDP accuracy, navigation, promotions, bundles, and campaign execution.
Build and execute activation calendar across Nutrire.com including launches, GWPs, bundles, subscriptions, and promotional events.
Support Tricoci.com product merchandising and PDP accuracy for CPG items
Partner with lifecycle and paid teams on landing pages and conversion optimization.
Own on site SEO across Nutrire.com sitewide and Tricoci.com Shop including keyword strategy, metadata, URL structure, and internal linking
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion from organic search and identify gaps
Ensure SEO best practices are maintained during site updates, launches, and migrations
Merchandising and Content Execution
Maintain consistent PDP structure and content hierarchy across all channels
Ensure ratings and reviews syndication across DTC, Retailer.com, and Amazon
Support brand store updates and merchandising refreshes tied to campaigns and launches
Analytics and Reporting
Build and maintain weekly dashboards covering sales, conversion, traffic, and channel performance
Track marketplace velocity, buy box ownership, search ranking, and promo ROI
Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions quickly
Partner with Finance and Supply Chain on forecasting inputs and inventory risk flags
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing on launch timing, creative assets, and campaign alignment
Partner with Supply Chain on inventory flow, replenishment, and retailer forecasts
Partner with Marketing on retailer requirements and digital shelf expectations
Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s Degree/MBA preferred
5 to 8 years of ecommerce or marketplace operations experience with hands on ownership
Direct experience managing DTC, Wholesale Retailer.coms, and/or Amazon ecommerce channels.
Highly detail oriented with strong operational rigor and follow through
Comfortable managing multiple channels and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions
Preferred Experience
Beauty, prestige, or specialty retail ecommerce background
Amazon Brand Registry and catalog management experience
Experience with PowerReviews or ratings and review syndication
Experience with Shopify analytics, GA4, and Amazon Brand Analytics
Experience managing agencies or external marketplace partners
