CPG Brand Coordinator

This is a cross-functional brand operations role designed to support all areas of the CPG business. The Brand Coordinator acts as the central connector across marketing, product development, ecommerce, sales support, and operations to keep launches, campaigns, and day-to-day execution moving.
This is a utility player who can project manage, organize, and execute across multiple workstreams. The role is highly detail oriented, and execution focused, ensuring deadlines are met, assets are organized, and teams have what they need to deliver against brand and revenue goals.
Core Responsibilities
Cross Functional Project Management
• Support all product launches across Nutrire and Tricoci brands from concept through go live
• Maintain master launch calendars and ensure deadlines are met across teams
• Track deliverables across marketing, product development, ecommerce, and supply chain
• Run weekly status updates and follow ups to keep projects on track
• Support retailer launch readiness including item setup coordination and asset delivery
Marketing and Brand Support
• Coordinate campaign timelines, asset requests, and approvals
• Manage sample trafficking for PR, influencers, shoots, and retailers
• Support photoshoots, content production, and campaign logistics
• Organize brand asset libraries and ensure teams have correct files
• Assist with event execution, field education support, and brand activations
Ecommerce and Sales Support
• Assist Ecommerce Operations Manager with PDP updates, asset uploads, and product setup
• Support promotional calendar execution and bundle setup
• Help coordinate retailer requests for content, copy, and imagery
• Track ratings and reviews requests and sampling programs
• Support marketplace and retailer launch checklists
Product Development and Operations Support
• Support PD team with sample tracking, shade or formula tracking, and documentation
• Coordinate packaging proof approvals and artwork routing
• Maintain SKU master data and product information sheets
• Help track inventory needs for marketing, PR, and retailer requests
• Assist with competitive research and product audits
Administrative and Organizational Support
• Maintain shared documents, trackers, and calendars
• Prepare decks, recaps, and internal updates
• Support meeting coordination and follow ups
• Ensure teams are aligned on timelines and next steps
Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in CPG, beauty, or brand operations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong project management and follow through
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Canva, and project management tools
Preferred Experience
• Beauty or prestige brand experience
• Experience supporting product launches or campaigns
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and retailer portals
• Experience coordinating photoshoots, sampling, or events

• Smooth execution of campaigns and retailer requests
• Reduced last minute fire drills across teams
